Responsibilities & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Inpatient Pharmacist position in an acute Hospital setting
Provide pharmaceutical information ot multidisciplinary health care team, engage in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults and order verifications
Work directly with nursing, physicians and peer to provide acute care services
other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD
Active State of Ohio pharmacist license
Three years inpatient pharmacy experience and/or completion of ASHP accredited Pharmacy residency program preferred
Excellent written and communication skills
