Kettering Health Troy
- Kettering Health Troy, formerly Troy Hospital, a three-story, nearly 150,000-square-foot hospital using the latest technology and offering several outpatient services.
- Accredited by the American College of Emergency Physicians as a Level 3 Geriatric Emergency Department in 2020.
- Services include cardiac testing, emergency, intensive care, lab, imaging, surgery and a medical office building for physician practices.
- 28 bed facility.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Inpatient Pharmacist position in an acute Hospital setting
- Provide pharmaceutical information ot multidisciplinary health care team, engage in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults and order vertifications
- Work directly with nursing, physicians and peer to provide acute care services
- other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Active State of Ohio pharmacist license
- Three years inpatient pharmacy experience and/or completion of ASHP acrredited Pharmacy residency program preferred
- Excellent written and communication skills
