Responsibilities & Requirements
In partnership with the Regional HR Director, this Campus HR Manager leads the HR team assisting employees at Hamilton and system services. The types of areas supported are the following: talent acquisition and management, workforce planning and development, leadership development, employee engagement events and activities, performance management and employee relations. Responsible for providing leadership and project coordination for HR projects within the respective scope.

Job Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience in Human Resources required.
- Bachelors Degree required.
- SHRM-CP or PHR – Professional in Human Resources preferred.
