Responsibilities & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inpatient Pharmacist position in an acute Hospital setting
  • Provide pharmaceutical information ot multidisciplinary health care team, engage in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults and order vertifications
  • Work directly with nursing, physicians and peer to provide acute care services
  • other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Active State of Ohio pharmacist license
  • Three years inpatient pharmacy experience and/or completion of ASHP acrredited Pharmacy residency program preferred
  • Excellent written and communication skills
