Responsibilities & Requirements
The SCM Systems Support II position duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Help update patient pricing changes in MM Inventory Locations and maintain PMM patient pricing and the CDM information in sync
- Assist in training staff in various SCM requisitioning programs
- Develop system tutorials to educate KHN staff on proper utilization of PMM system.
- Support and implementation of the Par Excellence materials management system
- Expedite PMM item file updates in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update vendor information in utilization of Cardinal OptiFreight Freight Management program
- Review and update item file information being exchanged between GHX (Global Healthcare Exchange) and KHN to validate the data information in launching new vendors.
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree (qualified experience can suffice in lieu of degree)
- 3 years minimum of related technical experience
- 1 year minimum of customer service in user support
Well versed in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SQL
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 year experience working with McKesson MMIS products
