International Talent Acquisition Associate

The Kettering Health International Talent Acquisition team organizes the international candidate flow and hiring for our 14 medical centers and 150+ clinics which have been recognized as one of the top 15 across the nation. At this time, our International Talent Acquisition team reports to the Talent Development Manager. The team consists of 2 Talent Acquisition Specialists, and 1 Associate. In general, the team is responsible for finding, interviewing, and selecting international candidates, followed by coordination of the immigration and community onboarding process with support extending through Year 1 of employment.

The International Talent Acquisition Associate engages in the following activities:

• Schedule all interviews with TST and placement screening calls with unit leaders
• Prepare offers for international candidates
• Schedule meeting to review offer/agreement on behalf of International Talent Acquisition Specialists
• Prepare FedEx labels
• Receive and organize immigration documents
• Research for preparing responses to international or immigration entities, i.e. payroll, onboarding, job descriptions, postings
• Schedule transportation for community onboarding appointments and driver log
