Responsibilities & Requirements

Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Construction Management, Engineering or a closely related field.
Master’s Degree preferred.
CHFM preferred

Minimum Work Experience
Minimum 7 years in Facilities management with experience in budget oversight, contracted services oversight, personnel management and long-term planning.

Required Licenses

[Ohio, United States] Other
OSHFM (Ohio Society of Healthcare Facilities Managers) board member

Required Skills

• Leadership/management skills
• Knowledge of State and local fire codes
• Comprehensive knowledge of Life Safety Code and application to HFAP Chapters 11 & 13 standards
• Ability to read blueprints and specs for construction projects
• Ability to work with web-based software
• Able to manage multiple projects and teams at one time
