Responsibilities & Requirements

The goal of our Respiratory Team Leader is to perform high level clinical respiratory care under indirect technical supervision as assigned by manager. Demonstrates a strong approach to all network initiatives and a role model for KHN mission, vision and values.

  • RRT
  • RCP licensed in the State of Ohio
  • Minimum BS in Respiratory, Education, or Business
  • 6 years’ experience in Respiratory preferred
  • 2 years supervisory experience preferred
  • ACLS, BLS
  • Active AARC member

2 years minimum supervisory experience; completion of clinical skill level I, II, III; technical, leadership, and education skills; ability to work well with a team; strong oral and written communication skills; possesses good clinical and technical knowledge of Respiratory Care; motivates employees to perform effectively and efficiently.
